RCIA

Irenovationmmaculate Parish has begun the next phase of our Renovation Project by retaining Generis, a parish support company from Louisville.   Generis is conducting an independent and confidential survey to help us prepare for this exciting task of renovating our church.  Your input is an important part of this process.  Before conducting a capital campaign for this purpose, parish leadership wants to hear from our parishioners.

Please take a few minutes to read the Vision Statement and complete the 20 question Survey.  We request only one survey per family be submitted.

RCIA: IT’S THE FIRST STEP INTO A CATHOLIC LIFE OF FAITH!

RCIAYou are cordially invited to come and see what wonders God and his Son, Jesus Christ have in store for you. God seeks and longs for us more than we seek and long for God. Your heart and your spirit could be washed in saving waters, confirmed in the Holy Spirit, and nourished at the table of the Lord as a Catholic missionary disciple. Catholics name this process: Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults, in short, RCIA.

Adults gather in a small group with Catholic team members and sponsors on Thursday evenings throughout the year. Adult Baptisms are celebrated at the Easter Vigil each year. Adults who have shared Baptism in another Christian community may be received into the Catholic Church on Sundays throughout the year following a period of learning about the Catholic faith.
